'Shanty Punk' folk heroes Skinny Lister formed in London in 2009. The band’s career continues to see them passing the growing flagon of their experiences with every album and tour. They’ve led an endless parade, gathering fans old and new, from the respected folk circuit to riotous festivals, igniting mosh-pits at each. They’ve played huge tours across Europe and North America with Frank Turner, Dropkick Murphys and Flogging Molly as well as headlining themselves at festivals and sweatboxes.
Sam Kelly is a BBC Radio 2 Folk Award winning singer, song-writer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist who has dedicated his life to rediscovering and renewing the sounds of his gaelic heritage; whilst creating exciting new music that transcends the boundaries of traditional and popular music. Sam's band 'The Lost Boys' has gained a reputation as one of the best live acts in the UK and they have packed out festival tents and venues the world over since they started in 2016.
Winners of the '2024 UK Blues Band of The Year', The Cinelli Brothers are an amazing 4 piece line up comprised of Marco and Alessandro Cinelli from Italy, Tom Julian Jones from London and Stephen Giry from France. A true melting pot of musicianship, showmanship and charisma. Their sound is an amalgam of soul and blues with a contemporary twist that honours the songwriting craftsmanship of their biggest influences - The Beatles, The Band, Little Feat, Stevie Wonder, Ray Charles and Steve Winwood.
Founded in Barnsley in t'North in 2006, The Bar-Steward Sons of Val Doonican are far from being your typical folk ensemble. This cult-like collective of like-minded knitwear enthusiasts are determined to follow in their spiritual father’s immortal footsteps and keep his legacy alive. This band of brothers-from-other-mothers, Scott, Alan, Mo-Jo and Dave, have quite the talent for Bar-Stewardizing other famous people’s songs with new satirical comedy lyrics, on folk instruments.

Steve is one of our most celebrated song-smiths, widely recognised within the world of folk and contemporary music. His words, arrangements and subtle, quite superb guitar playing, could be no one else.

Masters of improvisation The Ciderhouse Rebellion (accordionist Murray Grainger and fiddle player Adam Summerhayes) are joined by stellar Irish singer Molly Donnery (The Haar). Together they cast their evocative magic over songs born of tradition. Their hugely exciting collaboration showcases undeniable talent with electrifying performances.
The Cain Pit are a 'Punkgrass' quintet from Norfolk. Originally forming as a studio project, cousins and founding members Daryl Blyth (vocals, double bass) and Scott Blyth (guitar) decided to try and make the project a real-life band based on interest from demos they’d shared. After a year of stops and starts, Scott and Daryl managed to weed out the most suitable hillbilly punks in the area: Isaac Crass (banjo), Joe Halliday (acoustic guitar and harmonica) and Jamie Tritton (drums).
Rachel Hill is an acclaimed folk-inspired singer-songwriter celebrated for her captivating live performances and evocative songwriting.
